At Z Gallerie, we take the same care in crafting our return policies as our artists do in creating their masterpieces. We want your experience with our gallery-wrapped Canvases, Dimensional artworks, and Hand Painted originals to be as exceptional as the art itself.

Our Return Commitment

We stand behind every piece in our curated collection. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Exceptions

To preserve the integrity of our collection, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom Framed Art (made-to-order pieces)
  • Grand Scale statement pieces (due to specialized shipping requirements)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Packaging & Shipping

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Repackage the artwork in its original packaging with all protective materials
  • Include all certificates of authenticity
  • Securely seal the package
  • Ship via the carrier specified in your return instructions

Step 3: Inspection & Processing

Our Fresno gallery team will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. We will contact you if there are any issues.

Refund Details

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You will receive the full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify the replacement item you desire in your return request
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 2 business days
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Framed Art or Small Scale piece arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  2. Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Art Conservation Note

We handle all returns with the same care as our museum-quality artworks. Please ensure pieces are returned in their original condition to qualify for refunds.

International Returns

For our global collectors (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • All customs/duties fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Return shipping must be arranged through the specified international carrier
  • Allow additional processing time for international transactions
